March of Dimes Canada is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support a landmark, multi-year fundraising campaign. You will assist with campaign operations, donor engagement, meeting logistics, and reporting, partnering with philanthropy colleagues and volunteers to advance campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in fundraising, nonprofit management, business administration, communications, marketing, PR, or related field.
• Experience in donor relations, campaign coordination, or philanthropy operations is an asset.
• Familiarity with donor databases and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, tracking, and coordination of the campaign strategy and activities.
• Maintain donor records, prepare donor profiles, briefing notes, and materials for meetings.
• Coordinate donor meetings, proposals, gift agreements, and stewardship materials.
