Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of University/College degree.
• Qualified accountant credential is preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design and development activities for a portfolio of projects.
• Coordinate SMEs and external vendors for content development and delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet business needs.
• Partner with PMO and Global L&D to align with standards and evaluation requirements.
• Identify opportunities to reuse content across programs and functions.
