Marberg Staffing seeks a Business Development Manager for strategic partnerships in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves field-based work, travel, and a mix of office duties, client visits, and networking events to expand the firm’s referral pipeline.

The candidate will lead relationship development with healthcare providers, employers, unions and insurers, and will coordinate outreach and community engagement activities to grow the firm’s presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or relationship management.
• Experience in legal services, healthcare, or insurance preferred.
• Ability to travel across Greater Toronto Area.
• Strong networking, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to build and grow referral partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with medical clinics, insurers, unions, and employers.
• Represent the firm at events; coordinate presentations and outreach.
• Monitor market trends; identify new partnership opportunities.
