Job summary

TD Insurance in Laval, QC is seeking a results-driven account management and sales professional to develop and manage affinity partnerships within our Personal & Commercial Banking line. You will identify high-potential partners, pursue leads, and coordinate with Marketing and Actuarial teams to tailor proposals that meet client needs.

You will maintain the CRM, negotiate contract terms, and represent TD at partner events, contributing to national growth plans while delivering exceptional client

Qualifications

• College/university degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of account management and sales experience with high-potential partnerships.
• Marketing and Public Relations experience.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; including exemplary listening skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Identify high potential affinity partners within designated markets.
• Initiate, pursue and develop client leads for prospective partners and monitor sales progress.
• Prepare and submit tailored proposals; negotiate with Marketing and Actuarial on pricing and terms.
• Plan and attend meetings with key executives to present offers and address complex issues.
• Update CRM with prospect information, sales cycle status and next steps; represent TD at events.
