Job summary

PROLINK - Canada’s Insurance Connection in Toronto is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Programs & Business Development. You will provide consultative guidance to clients on professional insurance needs and support program growth.

Responsibilities include building relationships, identifying client needs, and referring opportunities to related teams while staying current on industry trends and product offerings. This hybrid role offers flexible work and strong team support.

Qualifications

• RIBO licensed and 2–3 years of account management or related experience in insurance.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent communication and prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client experience to help clients make informed insurance decisions.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate referrals to Personal Insurance, Commercial Enterprise, and Life/Benefits teams as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client interactions in the broker management system and other portals.
