Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of actuarial and data analysts specializing in data, analytics, and explainability of results.
• Manage work on key initiatives related to your respective pillar, workload management, and the development of innovative analytical solutions.
• Contribute to the timely delivery and presentation of regular monitoring and ad hoc analyses to partners and executives across the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end analyses and insights solutions over a range of complexity, from the initial demand to the delivery of reporting or analysis and presentation of results.
• Apply an effective and collaborative approach to stakeholder management.
• Build and nurture positive working relationships with key partners and executives as appropriate.
• Build for the future and provide people leadership; oversee personal development plans and strategies to attract, motivate and retain highly diverse, qualified and engaged team members.
