Job summary

You’ll develop reports, work with cross-functional teams, and monitor metrics while supporting change management during peak periods. A strong analytical background and Lean/Six Sigma familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with data analysis tools; Power BI is considered an asset.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the continuous improvement team to optimize operational efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis and recommend actions to improve productivity and profitability.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor performance metrics and track progress toward goals.
• Identify risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Support change management required by department innovations.
