Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, operates a fast-paced warehouse with shift-based schedules. This role sits at the heart of the chain, assisting unloading, scanning, sorting, and ensuring efficient handling of packages for on-time deliveries.

You will support shipping, receiving, dispatching and inventory tasks, maintain safety and accuracy, respond to customer inquiries by phone or email, and work with Operations to uphold quality standards across the network.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Scan, sort, and process packages, including defective items and returns
• Conduct van audits and support sorting operations
• Support shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management
• Maintain a clean, organized and hazard-free work environment
• Comply with Health & Safety protocols
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
