Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a strategic Capacity Planning role to drive long‑term capacity and resource alignment across the network. The position emphasizes data analysis, scenario modeling, and close collaboration with Sales, Ops, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, a business/operations background, and strong communication skills to present actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling with Excel/SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Assess long-term capacity and forecast gaps.
  • Oversee station capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Consider equipment, staffing, layout, and vehicle types for capacity.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and others for capacity visibility.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Develop strategies for efficient logistics operations.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
  • Represent capacity in the S&OP process.
  • Assess regional opportunities to increase market share.

A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic
Responsabilities
  • Long-term Capacity Management: Assess current capacity to address any gaps between long-term forecast and long-term capacity planning
  • Resource allocation: Become the gate keeper of the station's capacity by overseeing the different variable bellow: building capacity with the alignment of the physical specifications of the stations
  • operational capacity by considering equipment, staffing plans, layout, and other relevant factors.
  • delivery capacity by considering driver availability, vehicle types, parcel mix, and similar factors.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operation, Finance and various other department to provide visibility and transparencies on the capacity of across the network, while also making sure that all insight we receive from the other stakeholder are accounted for.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks related to capacity constraints and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Developing Strategies: Implementing strategies for effective logistics operations
  • Reporting: Preparing accurate reports for upper management
  • Become the main representative of the capacity in the S&OP process
  • Assess opportunities of regions where speed would increase our market share
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and the ability to work with complex datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other relevant software.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide actionable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a holistic view of capacity planning
