Job summary

Townline Group of Companies, a Vancouver-based real estate developer, seeks a Corporate Marketing & Communications Specialist to support content, branding, and campaigns across its brands. This hands-on role blends writing, design, social media, and corporate communications to tell compelling project stories.

The ideal candidate will manage content creation, marketing collateral, and digital initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, public relations, brand management, or related role.
• Experience managing social media channels, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
• Experience supporting corporate communications, public relations initiatives, media relations, and company announcements.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with ability to adapt messaging across multiple audiences, channels, and brands.
• Strong content creation and visual communication skills, including social media, photography, video, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies, calendars, and plans across Townline brands, leading content across social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and collateral.
• Lead content production across marketing channels, creating written, photography, video, rendering, and other assets that showcase projects, milestones, and brand initiatives.
• Identify and share stories across the organization, partnering with internal teams to highlight progress, news, achievements, events, and insights.
• Manage and grow social media channels, including content publishing, community engagement, and reporting.
• Lead corporate communications and public relations initiatives, including media monitoring, press releases, and executive communications.
• Coordinate award submissions, sponsorships, partnerships, and industry involvement to enhance brand.
