  • Manage and grow social media channels across Townline, TLC, and TLHS, including content publishing, community engagement, performance monitoring, and reporting.
  • Lead corporate communications and public relations initiatives, including media monitoring, press releases, corporate announcements, executive communications, thought leadership content, speaking opportunities, and industry visibility programs.
  • Coordinate award submissions, sponsorships, community partnerships, industry association participation, and recognition programs that enhance Townline's brand and reputation.

  • Support corporate marketing initiatives, company-wide campaigns, internal communications, and strategic projects across the organization.
  • Partner with Development, Construction, Leasing, Customer Care, Human Resources, and Leadership teams to provide marketing and communications support for departmental initiatives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with agencies, consultants, photographers, videographers, media partners, and other external vendors to deliver marketing and communications programs.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, prepare reports, and conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, content libraries, templates, and project documentation, while supporting marketing administration and operational requirements.
  • Support corporate events, project launches, community initiatives, and special projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, public relations, brand management, or a related role.
  • Experience managing social media channels, email marketing, website content, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience supporting corporate communications, public relations initiatives, media relations, award submissions, and company announcements.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across multiple audiences, channels, and brands.
  • Strong content creation and visual communication skills, including experience producing social media, photography, video, presentation, and marketing assets.
