Job summary

Concord Pacific Developments Corp. in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Digital Media & Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Relations team. You will craft corporate communications and digital content to strengthen the brand, public profile, and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead content across social channels, websites, and newsletters, and support marketing campaigns, events, and project launches with reporting on analytics and trends. 5+ years of related experience is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing, social media, content development, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing digital and social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, website content management, and digital analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms, or similar digital tools is an asset.
  • Experience with photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, or AI-assisted content creation is an asset.
  • Fluency in a second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and distribute press releases, corporate announcements, newsletters, presentations, speeches, and other communications materials.
  • Create and manage content across corporate social media channels, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop social media content calendars and monitor engagement, trends, and platform performance.
  • Coordinate corporate website updates and support SEO, digital campaigns, and online content management.
  • Monitor digital and social media analytics and prepare reports and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Support corporate marketing campaigns, community initiatives, events, and project launches through communications and digital content.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, multimedia production, and external creative vendors.
  • Maintain consistent corporate branding and ensure communications comply with applicable privacy, advertising, disclosure, and intellectual property requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated communications initiatives.
  • Research and use emerging digital and AI-assisted tools to improve content creation and communications workflows.

About the Role

Concord Pacific is seeking a creative, strategic, and technically proficient Digital Media & Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Relations team.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Relations, you will develop and manage corporate communications and digital content that strengthen Concord Pacific's brand, public profile, and engagement with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
