The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in marketing, a post-secondary marketing credential, and basic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Basic graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Troika’s social channels.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and print.
• Plan and support corporate, property, and industry events.
• Develop brochures, ads, signage, and marketing materials with vendors.
• Organize marketing projects, invoices, and digital assets.
