Desjardins is seeking a Market Development Manager in New Brunswick to lead a department that sells financial products and services. You will build relationships with members and clients, develop a strategic plan, monitor performance, and ensure sound risk management.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, with French proficiency. You will coach your team, promote the Desjardins brand in the community, guide talent and drive results, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required

• Ensure the quality of services and business relationships, and manage the member/client experience.
• Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results.
