Desjardins is seeking a Market Development Assistant Manager to lead a team focused on selling financial products within a specific business line. You will build long-term relationships with members and clients, develop business plans, monitor performance, and drive results while managing risk and ensuring high quality service.

You will oversee talent development, coach team members, and provide advisory recommendations that meet member and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins’s priorities.
• Ensure quality of services and business relationships; manage member/client experience.
• Implement and monitor action plans to achieve target results.
