Desjardins Group is seeking a market development manager to drive strategic priorities and lead a team focused on selling financial products and services to members and clients. You will shape the business plan, monitor results, and ensure prudent risk management while nurturing long-term relationships.

You will coach your staff, promote talent development and foster strong customer experiences, leveraging Desjardins’s cooperative values and community roots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.

• Ensure quality of services and member/client relationships; manage experience.
