Desjardins invites applications for a Market Development Manager to lead a department focused on selling financial products and services. You will build long-term relationships with members and clients, develop strategic plans, and monitor performance with emphasis on risk management.

You will coach team members, oversee talent development, and work with English-speaking partners as needed. A strong French proficiency and relevant credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• French language required and English proficiency due to interactions with partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead department to sell financial products and services in a defined business line.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members and clients.
• Draw up and monitor a business plan addressing priorities and objectives.
• Ensure sector performance and prudent risk management.
• Coach and develop talent within the team and oversee skills development.
