Job summary

EY Canada seeks a Learning Leader to shape the Assurance curriculum strategy and governance. You will oversee end‑to‑end curriculum lifecycle, translate regulatory changes into learning solutions and align with senior stakeholders across geographies.

The 14‑month contract requires flexibility for peak periods and collaboration with Canadian leaders, Talent teams and global L&D groups to deliver high‑quality programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Assurance, Audit, Professional Practice or related field.
• CPA designation or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, accounting, HR, or related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic learning advisor to Assurance leadership and Talent teams.
• Set multi-year learning strategy, priorities, roadmaps and success metrics.
• Own curriculum architecture and governance across Assurance.
• Translate priorities and regulatory developments into learning solutions.
• Oversee curriculum approval with stakeholders.
• Design, localization, translation, maintenance, deployment and evaluation of learning programs.
• Provide direction for Core Training in partnership with Global and Americas teams.
