EY Canada is seeking a Learning Leader for the Assurance practice to shape curriculum strategy and governance. You’ll lead the end-to-end curriculum lifecycle, aligning with business priorities, standards and quality outcomes across geographies while focusing on Canadian needs.

You will manage budget, guidance, and cross-functional teams, balancing enterprise requirements with local needs, and overseeing localization, translation, and deployment of learning programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Learning & Development, Assurance, Audit, Professional Practice or Talent Development experience.
• CPA designation or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related field is assets.
• Experience leading enterprise curriculum strategy in a complex org.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to stay current with standards, audit methodologies, and enabling technologies (AI, data).
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; MS 365 tools familiarity preferred.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic learning advisor to Assurance leadership and Talent leaders.
• Set multi-year learning strategy, priorities, roadmap and success metrics.
• Own curriculum architecture and governance across Assurance for coherent learning pathways.
• Translate priorities and regulatory changes into learning solutions.
• Oversee curriculum approvals with stakeholders.
• Manage design, localization, deployment and evaluation of learning programs.
• Provide strategic direction for Core Training and Canadian needs.
• Oversee learning plans for new hires and transfers.
• Lead Facilitator Excellence program and ensure trainer readiness.
• Establish governance and reporting for learning compliance.
