Job summary

Owner Relations Technology, a fast-growing SaaS provider for property managers and hoteliers, seeks an Integrations Manager to own the lifecycle of integrations with PMS partners. You will lead a development team, manage the integration pipeline, and align delivery with onboarding and product goals across an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience leading and delivering complex integration projects.
• Strong knowledge of API development and testing tools.
• Familiarity with C#/.NET and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations between the Owner Relations platform and PMS/technology partners.
• Lead and manage the integration development team and prioritize work.
• Manage the integration pipeline across new and existing client requirements.
• Coordinate with Onboarding, Product Development, and Development teams for launches.
• Define requirements, data flows, and implementation timelines for integrations.
• Support API/Soap-based integrations with security, reliability, and scalability considerations.
• Monitor production integrations and resolve complex issues.
