Job summary

Air-tek, a Toronto-based software company, seeks an Integrations Manager to lead a growing team delivering integration solutions for global airline data sources. You will align product, engineering, and delivery to ensure scalable, secure integrations and exceptional customer value.

You will coach the team, manage capacity, and drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced growth environment. Stock options may be offered.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading teams.
  • Proven experience managing integration teams or complex enterprise integrations in scale-ups or high growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, enterprise software development, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities, negotiate schedules, and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience building systems that prioritize configuration over customization is a strong asset.
  • Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies; familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
  • Technical experience with or familiarity with our stack: React, Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, C#/.NET Core, MongoDB, Docker.

Responsibilities

  • Direct scheduling and allocation of people within an Integrations team across projects.
  • Negotiate timelines and priorities; be the first escalation point for issues.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to drive configurable integrations.
  • Lead, coach, and grow the Integrations team (recruit, onboard, performance, capacity).
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate strategic goals into plans and priorities; ensure timely delivery.
  • Build partnerships with Product, other Engineering teams, and Delivery to align priorities and resolve risks.
  • Communicate clearly across teams during dependencies or conflicts.
  • Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Understand integration architecture and customer requirements for decision-making.
  • Champion quality and best practices in design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

As an IntegrationsManager, you will lead one of several engineering teams responsible fordeployingour industry-leading software solutions.
