Job summary

Priceline Partner Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Partner Solutions Manager to own end-to-end technical relationships with a portfolio of strategic API partners. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex problems, drive integration quality, and act as the trusted expert for partners and internal teams.

You will monitor API performance, lead technical reviews, and create documentation to improve onboarding, stability, and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing API partner relationships and driving integration quality.
• Experience with hotel, travel, or hospitality APIs is a plus.
• Strong understanding of API concepts, JSON, and integration troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical relationship with strategic API partners from onboarding to post-launch growth.
• Serve as primary technical contact for partners and guide integrations to robust solutions.
• Monitor API performance and drive improvements before issues reach partners.
