Job summary

Upshop is seeking a Product Manager to help define, build, and deliver product capabilities within Upshop’s retail operations platform. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to develop solutions that improve retailer efficiency, reduce waste, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field
• 36+ years in product management or related roles
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Experience collaborating with engineering in an agile environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap initiatives
• Identify opportunities from customer feedback, operational challenges, and market trends
• Define product priorities aligned with company objectives
• Develop product requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Partner with engineering and UX to design and deliver new capabilities
• Participate in agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning)
• Ensure features meet functional, usability, and scalability requirements
• Support testing, validation, and product launches
• Engage with customers to understand workflows and needs
• Gather insights from sales and customer success to inform decisions
• Represent customer needs in product development
