Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Senior Specialist on the Partner Integrations team to own a portfolio of high-value restaurant partnerships. You will drive technical strategy, diagnose complex problems, and present data-driven recommendations that translate into measurable business outcomes.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to set technical direction, ensure consistency, and grow impact across accounts over time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical account management, or a similar client-facing technical role
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL and AI , data analysis, and building quantitative business cases
• Proven ability to manage or influence client/partner relationships and drive measurable outcomes
• Experience breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into structured recommendations for non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and how technical architecture decisions affect business performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can present to senior leadership on both sides
• Track record of working cross-functionally to get results without owning every lever

• Work directly with senior stakeholders on the partner side and internally, not through layers of hierarchy
• Build deep, lasting expertise in your accounts instead of rotating off every quarter
• Solve problems that span technology, operations, and commercial strategy — no two weeks look the same
• Use data to tell stories that drive decisions, not just populate dashboards
• Have the autonomy to define what good looks like for your accounts and the accountability to make it happen
• Compound your impact over time — the relationships you build and the strategies you set will grow with the accounts
• Sit at the intersection of DoorDash’s most strategic partnerships and the technology that powers them
