Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Global Partner Operations Support Manager to align Lodging, Inside Sales, and Attractions & Transportation across geographies. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, set KPIs, and own onboarding, ensuring consistency while solving complex system and partner challenges.

The role requires deep knowledge of the travel trade, reservations, and rate management, with a focus on building scalable processes and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in global travel trade and B2B hospitality operations.
• 3+ years in reservations or similar client-facing operational role.
• Ability to mentor teams and hire/train staff.
• Familiarity with rate management and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with or willingness to learn multiple systems (Inntopia, Opera Cloud, Ventrata, Delphi.fdc, Salesforce, Freshdesk).

Responsibilities

• Operate as a global connector across Partner Operations, spanning Hotels, Inside Sales, and Attractions & Transportation.
• Set KPI reporting for Travel Trade Reservations and oversee onboarding/training materials.
• Build and maintain rate codes across systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain relationships with travel trade partners and evaluate partner requests.
• Design and enforce daily quality control processes across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management to align operations with strategy.
