MaintainX is the world’s leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform, serving 14,000+ customers and backed by top investors. We’re seeking a Manager of Integrations Delivery to lead a team of integration consultants delivering client-facing services and solutions.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of integrations while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5 years in professional services, consulting, or systems integration delivery; 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and API/iPaaS platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Familiar with Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet and collaborative tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration consultants delivering implementation and configuration.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and performance across multiple client projects.
• Ensure consistent delivery methodologies and documentation standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for delivery issues related to integration scope.
• Partner with solution consultants to align deliverables with design.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, and career development for consultants.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership on scoping and pre‑sales.
• Support QA and post‑implementation reviews to identify improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across tools and processes.
