Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a strategic, results-driven Program Manager to lead and scale our technology project management function. This role oversees internal technology transformation initiatives across infrastructure, software platforms, and systems integrations, reporting to the SVP Implementations.

You will drive governance, cross-functional alignment, and delivery excellence while developing a global team of PMs and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction aligned with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management or a related field.
• PMP certification highly desired.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in process implementation or client services.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong execution focus with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery of milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, and dependency maps across multiple concurrent technology projects.
• Manage project portfolio, including scoping, prioritization, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking.
• Define and enforce project management standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Partner with API Technology Team leadership and Executive teams to align goals and timelines.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Drive day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
• Recruit, train and develop a global team of project managers.
• Foster a culture focused on delivering measurable outcomes, collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
