Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial employment laws.
• Familiarity with US employment law basics.
• Experience supporting Sales/Go-To-Market teams and commission structures.
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid workforces.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR alignment across Canadian and select US functions.
• Bridge global HR strategy with locally compliant practices.
• Advise executives and lead cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and coaching for managers.
• Ensure policy governance and compliance across jurisdictions.
