Superior Propane Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with Commercial and Operations teams, delivering day-to-day HR guidance and strategic support across Canada.

You will coach leaders on performance, engagement, and organizational development, manage employment law matters, workforce planning, and total rewards, and use HR analytics to inform decisions. This hybrid role offers growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or related field; CHRP designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, supporting leaders in complex environments.
• Advanced working knowledge of employment and labour law, employee relations, total rewards, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR policies.
• Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) with analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated business acumen and cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Legal, Operations, IT).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with ability to build trust and alignment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day consultation and guidance to management and employees.
• Assist with timely implementation of HR goals and programs across involved locations.
• Coach leaders and employees on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture where employees feel heard and valued.
• Use analytics to inform talent decisions and support leadership.
• Participate in special HR projects as needed.
• Handle general HR duties across multiple locations.
