Job summary

City of Toronto is hiring a Senior HR Consultant, Strategy & Integration, to lead enterprise transformation and service delivery redesign across divisions.

The role provides strategic advisory to senior leaders and helps shape future-state operating models, governance frameworks, and workforce strategies. This is a 12-month temporary vacancy with a hybrid work model at Metro Hall in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Leads complex enterprise transformation initiatives in large organizations.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, service delivery transformation, and change management.
• Strong advisory and executive engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation and service delivery design across the organization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and change interventions.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior leaders.
