Job summary

Publicis Canada is seeking an HR Manager to drive Talent programs across client teams and manage day-to-day Talent functions, ensuring smooth execution of programs. You will be a trusted advisor, delivering strategic guidance to optimize Talent strategies, reporting to the CTO with dotted line to HR Director, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Qualifications

University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
6-8 years in the Human Resources field in a similar role.
Knowledge of HRIS data tools (SAP, Workday).
Knowledge of HR practices, policies and local employment laws.
Confidentiality, strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Support CTO and HR Director with execution of Talent strategies.
Deliver strategic Talent consulting with focus on staff planning and development.
Develop and implement Talent programs such as performance management.
Oversee employee relations matters and investigations to minimize risk.
Build relationships with client leads and managers for talent management.
Pull and analyze talent data to inform decisions.
Educate on Reasonable Accommodation and Flexible Work arrangements.
Ensure employee data integrity and compliance with policies.
