Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner onsite in Toronto to partner with leaders, guide HR programs, and support operations teams. You will deliver day-to-day HR guidance, navigate employee relations, and help implement programs that improve the employee experience.

This role also covers Health and Safety guidance, organizational changes, talent acquisition collaboration, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of provincial employment law and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual French/English an asset.
• Solid knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
• Workday experience is preferred.
• Eligible to work in Canada and able to work 100% onsite in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Act as an onsite HR partner and build trusted relationships with employees and leaders.
• Provide timely guidance to resolve workplace concerns and foster a compliant culture.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Specialists, Training, and Helpdesk.
• Support HR programs and initiatives to strengthen engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with leaders during organizational changes and program launches.
• Serve as onsite Health and Safety representative and support safety practices.
• Deliver real-time HR support for urgent site matters and escalate appropriately.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements at the site level.
