Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or higher in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 6-8 years in HR in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HRIS tools and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CTO and HR Director with execution of talent strategies.
• Deliver strategic Talent consulting to internal client teams.
• Develop and implement Talent programs such as performance management.
• Oversee employee relations and investigations to minimize risk.
• Build relationships with leaders and partner with Talent Acquisition and Resource Management.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
