Qualifications

• CPHR designation is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Oversees full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning through offer negotiation.
• Lead the performance management processes and annual appraisal cycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters.

Connaissances

Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field

5 years of progressive HR experience

Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations

Minimum 2 years people management experience

High level of professionalism and discretion
