A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees the employee lifecycle, serving as a strategic link between management and staff. They are responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws to foster a healthy, productive, and inclusive workplace.Key

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and design engaging onboarding programs to attract and retain top talent.

Essential Qualifications

• Certifications: Professional designations (such as the CRHA in Quebec or CPHR across the rest of Canada) are highly preferred.
