Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years leadership experience, preferably in large, complex, unionized organizations.
• Experience building partnerships with senior leaders, unions and other stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale organizational transformation.
• Experience delivering core human resources services.
• Experience developing and implementing workforce plans aligned with priorities.
