Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking an Executive Director of Nutrition and Food Services to lead provincial strategy and operating delivery. You will report to the VP Clinical and Support Services and drive quality, safety and patient-centered care across the province.

Working with clinical leaders, government, unions and educational partners, you will translate priorities into actionable plans, optimize resources and champion inclusive, culturally safe practices within SHA.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Masters degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Nutrition and Food Services province-wide.
• Translate provincial priorities into actionable plans and programs.
• Address service pressures, optimize capacity and resources, and advance workforce planning.
• Collaborate with leaders, government, unions, and educational partners to set standards.
• Promote inclusive, patient- and family-centred care and a culture of quality and safety.
