Windsor Regional Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver HR and labour relations services to designated operational areas.

As a strategic partner to leadership, the incumbent provides guidance and solutions related to employee and labour relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, attendance management, workplace investigations, health and safety, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
• CHRP designation is an asset.
• Prior HR generalist experience in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of labour relations practices and applicable legislation.
• Experience with workplace investigations and safety basics.
• Experience administering collective agreements and bargaining.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and MS Office applications.
• Health sciences background and French language skills are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing grievances and pursue early resolution per collective agreements.
• Interpret and enforce contract terms and related legislation to resolve unit issues.
• Conduct workplace investigations and issue appropriate discipline when needed.
• Coordinate non-union recruitment for assigned units.
• Manage Health Human Resources planning and internal postings for union personnel.
• Assist with attendance management program administration.
• Ensure timely health and safety inspections and compliance with PPE requirements.
• Support risk and privacy activities for assigned units.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation and conflict resolution.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Foster positive employee relations and coach managers on discipline and conflict resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
