Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in unionized Labour Relations.

Responsibilities

• Administer the collective agreement and handle grievance administration.
• Gather data and generate reports for corporate KPI reporting.
• Provide coaching and direction to operating management.

Skills
