The position involves partnering with leaders, advising on employee relations, investigations, and performance, and guiding organizational change while minimizing risk.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, engagement initiatives, and collaboration with People teams to translate workforce insights into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive HR or business operations leadership experience in a large national or global organization.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and leader coaching.
• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, priorities, and workforce needs.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, performance management, and terminations while minimizing risk.
• Coach and influence leaders through complex workforce challenges, organizational change, and talent decisions.
• Anticipate workforce trends and recommend proactive solutions that support business outcomes.
• Analyze people metrics and trends to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
• Support leaders in understanding employee engagement results and developing action plans.
• Maintain a visible presence within client groups through regular branch and frontline engagement.
