Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience across corporate functions.
• Experience partnering with managers and functional leaders.
• Background in talent management, organisational development, and/or L&D.
• Bilingual French/English preferred.
• CHRP/CHRL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define workforce and capability strategies reflecting a pioneering mindset.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Identify talent risks and build internal pipelines.
• Assess capability gaps and define development priorities with a focus on continuous learning.
• Support leadership development programs and enterprise learning tools.
• Embed IDPs and strengthen internal mobility.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on employee relations with a people-first approach.
• Support organisational design and change initiatives.
