Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada seeks a Project HR Manager to serve as the Lead HR Business Partner for large-scale projects. You will partner with senior project leaders to align people strategies with milestones, delivering workforce planning, organizational design and talent deployment.

You will coach leaders on performance, engagement and change management, collaborate with Recruitment, Labour Relations and Total Rewards, and ensure compliant, business-focused HR solutions across staffing,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partner activities for strategic, large-scale projects.
• Provide HR leadership, coaching and guidance to project leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Total Rewards, Labour Relations and other HR centres of expertise to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Deliver staffing plans, mobilization/demobilization, succession planning and talent redeployment.
• Champion employee engagement, culture and leadership accountability.
• Stay current on employment law and HR best practices.
