Job summary

EMCO Corporation invites recent graduates to join its Management Development Program. The four-phase trainee path covers warehouse, relationships, account management, and leadership, with mentorship from senior leaders across Canada.

Upon completion, you’ll step into a Profit Centre Manager role, responsible for growing sales and leading a high-performing team, with relocation support and profit sharing included.

Qualifications

• Recent university or college graduates (all disciplines welcome).
• Positive attitude, results-driven mindset, and a desire to learn.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through a four-phase Management Trainee program across operations, sales, and leadership.
• Own projects, manage accounts, and build customer relationships with senior guidance.
• Lead teams and prepare to run a profit centre.
