Qualifications
- Proven track record leading large foodservice sales teams.
- Experience managing complex distributor and end-user relationships.
- Strong financial and strategic planning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a significant portion of Maple Leaf Foods’ foodservice sales strategy.
- Develop long-term joint business plans with partners.
- Build executive relationships and act as a strategic partner.
- Lead complex negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Own P&L, forecasting, and trade investment for the portfolio.
- Direct cross-functional teams to execute customer strategies.
- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
