Job summary

Educators Financial Group, owned by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation, seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leaders, coordinating calendars, travel, and confidential correspondence in a hybrid Toronto environment.

You will back the HR Committee and board administration, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate town halls and special projects, and partner with HR and operations to keep the organization running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• CEAP certification is an asset.
• 5+ years EA/board support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Disciplined, detail oriented, and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential executive support to CEO and senior leaders.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, expenses, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and board materials.
• Lead planning of quarterly Town Halls and events.
• Support HR Committee activities and governance documentation.
• Assist with HR projects and committee administration.
• Back up Office Manager as needed.
