Oliver & Bonacini is seeking an Event Specialist to manage inbound business within the O&B Events portfolio. You will coordinate events end-to-end, engaging clients and ensuring precise details are shared with teams using our tools. A focus on service excellence will drive repeat bookings and cross-venue opportunities.

You will build relationships, prepare proposals, and leverage sales tactics to close leads while meeting weekly BEO deadlines and contributing to team targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to engage clients and close opportunities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented with self-motivation and initiative

Responsabilités

• Network and build relationships with new and current clients
• Gather event details, prepare packages, and send confirmations
• Close leads using proposals, site tours and planning meetings
• Follow up post events to create new bookings
• Deliver superior client service to encourage repeat events
• Ask the right questions to plan successful events
• Meet weekly deadlines for BEOs and respond to client requests
• Contribute to annual sales targets and forecast for the events team
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet venue goals
• Identify great business opportunities and present to management
