Job summary

Boutique of Leathers (BOL) is seeking an energetic, organized Events & Merchandising Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of outdoor events, retail and mall marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising across all locations.

This field-based role requires regular travel between BOL stores, shopping malls and event locations, with responsibility for coordinating logistics, signage, and merchandising standards to ensure consistent brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in events, retail, visual merchandising, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating outdoor events, festivals, fairs, pop-ups and other opportunities.
• Coordinate event logistics, schedules, transportation, materials, setup and teardown.
• Set up and maintain professional booths, displays and signage across locations.
• Coordinate with event organizers, vendors and staff.
• Attend events to support execution and resolve issues.
• Maintain an event calendar and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with mall marketing departments for promotions and opportunities.
• Assist with mall-wide events and marketing programs.
• Coordinate signage, displays and marketing materials for all locations.
• Ensure materials are delivered, installed and displayed correctly.
• Track marketing deadlines and provide updates to management.
• Support visual merchandising standards across stores.
• Coordinate seasonal and promotional displays including windows and fixtures.
• Visit stores to review visual merchandising and updates.
• Collaborate with Store Managers on merchandising projects.
• Photograph displays and report updates.
• Support new stores, renovations and relocations.
