Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Support and Coordination professional to drive revenue for hotel/convention center events. You will handle BEOs, exhibitors, ICWs, and partner inquiries, ensuring CRM accuracy and timely follow-up with clients.

The role requires strong communication, tech-savvy proficiency, and the ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical aptitude and proficiency with computer software and programs.
• 1+ years of sales/event experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly sell smaller events such as Banquet Event Order bookings, exhibitors, affiliate business, and ICW events as determined by the Manager.
• Maximize revenue and adhere to event profit guidelines for all assigned business.
• Attend client meetings and respond to client concerns, questions and problems to meet client needs.
• Close business by obtaining commitment to buy while maximizing revenue and adhering to event profit guidelines.
