Job summary

Desjardins in Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC is seeking an experienced relationship manager to prospect, solicit and develop business with medium clients in the commercial sector, promoting Desjardins products and services and growing the centre’s business.

You will act as an account manager, analyze client needs, negotiate conditions, manage risk, and contribute to portfolio profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Knowledge of financial, economic developments and loan/credit practices.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, solicit and manage relationships with current and potential clients to promote Desjardins products and services.
• Serve as key intermediary between the business centre and members and clients; ensure satisfaction with products and services.
• Identify client needs, develop solutions, and negotiate conditions.
• Recommend strategies to grow business, manage risk, and improve portfolio profitability.
• Promote business development opportunities and participate in community activities.
