Job summary

COMO Metropolitan London seeks a Cluster Revenue Analyst to support revenue optimisation through strategic analysis, forecasting, and inventory management across COMO Metropolitan London and COMO The Halkin. You will analyze market dynamics, manage rate parity across channels, lead forecast meetings, and collaborate with sales and other departments to maximise revenue while maintaining service standards.

This role requires strong analytics, English fluency, and experience with Opera or revenue

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of revenue strategies for COMO Metropolitan London and COMO The Halkin.
• Manage demand forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory control.
• Monitor competitive sets, pricing, seasonality, and business mix.
• Load and maintain accurate rates and inventory across all distribution channels to ensure rate parity.
• Provide recommendations for pricing and inventory management by market segment.
• Collaborate with sales teams to challenge existing practices and maximize revenue potential.
• Evaluate and contribute to the hotel’s budget planning and financial performance goals.
• Ensure team members are briefed, updated, and trained to meet required standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
